Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. I received my Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark’s Graduate School in Portland, Oregon. My focus in my education and practice has been in advocacy and activism, especially in working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, teens transitioning into adulthood, and survivors of trauma.

My experience includes:

Individual, family and group therapy with teens and adults, as related to :

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Identity exploration

  • Life transitions

  • Building healthy boundaries

  • Establishing support systems

  • Domestic violence

  • Trauma/loss

I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, client-centered framework, while also integrating interventions and tools from other methodologies that best fit each individual client’s needs. I believe that my clients hold the intuition necessary to navigate their experiences. As a therapist, I provide a strengths-focused support to help draw out this intuition. I find that it’s also crucial to integrate humor and creativity into my work and in building a healthy therapeutic alliance.
