At Spectrum Counseling and Mental Wellness, we provide low-cost and free mental health services to the LGBT community, and other marignalized communities, in Portland, Oregon.
Our Story
We are 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, founded in 2023, with a mission of delivering equitable mental health services. Our services are made possible by a dedicated team of mental health providers, volunteers, and support from our wonderful community. Our goal is that no one is ever turned away from mental health services for an inability to pay.
