Here For the Community
At Spectrum Counseling and Mental Wellness, we provide low-cost and free mental health services to the LGBT community, Disabled community, and other marginalized groups. We provide in-person services in downtown Portland, Oregon, or virtual services to clients anywhere in Oregon.
Our Story
We are 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, founded in 2023 by a group of Queer and/or Disabled mental health professionals and community members. Our mission is to deliver equitable mental health services to our community. Spectrum’s services are made possible by a dedicated team of mental health providers, volunteers, and support from our wonderful community.
Our goal is that no one is ever turned away from our services for the inability to pay.
