At this time, I am unable to take any insurance. This is not my choice–I would prefer to be able to do so. I am working on getting paneled and in-network with insurance companies. This means that I must apply to each insurance company individually, so that they will accept my services and pay me for them. This process, unfortunately, takes several months. I expect to be able to take several forms of insurance by 2019.
It might be possible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. If you have an insurance deductible, you also might be able to count the cost of our sessions toward your deductible. Please check with your insurance company for further clarification. I’m happy to help you figure out your insurance benefits as much as I can.
In the meantime, if the cost of counseling services is prohibitive, here are some community resources that offer very low rate counseling to those in need:
William Temple House: $5-$30 per session
Portland State University Community Counseling Clinic: $15 or less per session
